The Pontifical Marinelli Foundry in Agnone, Molise, Italy, is renowned worldwide. The foundry’s success is credited to the hard work and dedication of the Marinelli family and to those who have worked there over many generations. The processes and practices carried out at the workshop, which have continued uninterrupted for 700 years, have remained unchanged. The Pontifical Marinelli Foundry bells are handmade in bronze which is liquified in wood-fired furnaces before being poured into moulds. These masterpieces of artistic craftsmanship can be found in the most prestigious churches in the world.
